Tutorial: Using a Smartphone
Smartphones are not only smart, but they are a great replacement for laptops as well. They have a more compact size and can do just about anything that a laptop can do.

First you would like to start off by purchasing. Most of the Smartphones offer mini keyboards that will allow you to check your email, send emails, or read and look at reports. You will be able to easily use the Smartphone just the way you would a regular laptop. This will especially benefit those that are on long trips, or that are on the go constantly.
The next thing you would need to do which could be optional, depending on how you want to use your Smartphone, is to add applications to your phone. These applications would include Powerpoint, Excel, and Microsoft word. This will make your phone more useful and work more like your laptop.
You will then want to save your files in a storage system that will be available to you online. This will enable you to have access to files and documents while you are on the go. You will have direct access to all files and documents to share or to send, instead of having to go back home or to an office computer or laptop to send and show files.
Data plan Add
You will need to add a data plan in order to keep from being charged by your cellular company from over using the space that you have available on your Smartphone. So be sure to choose a reliable data package that gives you enough room for your files so that you do not have to pay more to store more.
Buying and SD card
To expand your storage space, it would be a good idea to buy a spare SD card for your Smartphone, to store more data.
